Deviation.
As I’m not making much headway with the research at the moment, I’m taking a slight deviation and working on the basics, creating via a thing that on Instagram. Working on technique mainly, this has resulted in a couple of ideas: focus/defocus. Primary colours and shared marks.
The focus/defocus is about focus via layering of images, one in-focus and one out-of-focus, then flattening together to see what results happen. This involves the importance of focus
Second is based on ideas of primary colour via control, nature and combined. Making these images in a series to give ‘pop’ to my feed, as the brand managers state that this is good.
Last idea is shared marks. Take the words Philosophy and Photography and the letters that they share spell P H O O P H Y. That my current situation?
Diptych of two images from left to right a red bucket sits on yellow no parking lines but the image is furry due to the focus/defocus ideas shared in the text and the second image on the right is of a blue piece of tape round around a sprouting weed with yellow flowers but the focus is off slightly behind the subject, illustrating ideas of primary colours and focus/defocus shared in the blog.
Images are both focus/defocus and primary colours yellow.
