Away

Written in advance as I’m taking a break, will be away.

Even though I’m away I’ll be working, hacking through the reading list is number one priority but also making images for a number of projects that I have on the go.

The main one used to be ‘New, New Europe’ idea which is based on ideas of tourism/stereotypes, I may be building on my ideas of revisiting famous images sites, but my current destination lacked what Paris gave in abundance...a rethink of the parameters is needed. Also ‘point’, ‘random’ and ‘New Topographics’ need imagery added to them.

This gives rise to ideas of specificity or happenchance (which is another blog)

Admittedly these feel a little silly to do while the war is happening, it feels terrible to be away at this place in time but sometimes a break is needed.
